The white fabric is thick enough that the colorful school icons don't show through, which was my main worry. My kid wore it all day without complaining about the sleeve seams, and it survived a full wash cycle without any fading.

Bought this for my daughter's first day and the multicolor graphic pops nicely against the white cotton. She's already worn it twice this week and the print hasn't faded at all after washing.
