Patriotic Trellis Tank Tutu Dress

My daughter wore this to the neighborhood Fourth of July parade and got so many compliments on the little popsicle and firework print. The cotton bodice didn't irritate her skin even after a full day in the heat, and the tutu held its shape through all the twirling.
