Spódniczka tutu na Halloween Boo

I wore this to a Halloween party and got compliments all night. The black cotton lining is a lifesaver because the tulle isn't scratchy against my legs at all. It's got a nice bit of fluff to it without being too over the top.

The tulle is scratchy against bare legs, so I had to wear shorts underneath. The silver glitter dots do catch the light nicely though, and the cotton lining keeps it from being totally see-through.
