Boo Halloween Tule Striklip

My daughter wore the Boo Halloween bow clip for her preschool party and it stayed put through three hours of running around. The printed tulle is soft, not scratchy, which matters because she usually rips clips out within minutes. She's already asking to wear it again for trick-or-treating.
