The white cotton is soft and my daughter stayed comfortable in it through a hot afternoon outside. Only thing is it runs a bit small, so size up if your kid is between sizes.

The white romper is cute and my daughter looked festive for the 4th, but the fabric feels thinner than I hoped for the price. The red white and blue graphic held up fine after one wash, though it wrinkles easily right out of the dryer.
