USA Sequin Stars Tutu Skirt

Bought this for my daughter's Fourth of July parade and she refused to take it off all day. The sequined stars actually catch the light when she spins, and the sky blue tulle held up through two park trips without snagging.

The scalloped hem lies perfectly flat even after my daughter spun around in it for an entire parade, and the sky blue really makes those silver stars pop. She refused to take it off at the picnic, so I’d say it’s a hit for any Fourth of July moment.
