USA Sequin Stars Cape

The sequin stars on this cape catch the light every time she spins, and the light blue tulle layers make it feel floaty without looking cheap. She refused to take it off after the parade and even wore it to dinner.

My daughter wore this for the 4th of July parade and the tulle layers gave it such a fun, floaty look when she walked. The sequin stars stayed put through the whole day, no shedding at all.
